- All items sold between 18 February to 23 March in this store are preorder items! The ongoing leftover sales are in stock!
- Preorder period will span from 18 February to 23 March. Orders will be shipped out after manufacturing concludes, expected to be in May!
✧ SHIPPING AND CUSTOMS ✧
- Shipping is calculated at a flat rate for all destinations. This flat rate is able to cover delivery costs for most order sizes. However, if a customer's order has a shipping cost ends up exceeding the flat rate paid, they may be contacted to pay extra.
- Tracking is included in shipping fees. Once the order has been shipped, the customer will receive an email with the tracking number and link.
- The seller is not responsible for costs incurred from customs/VAT if any.
- It is the customer's responsibility to provide their correct address, though if the pre-order period has not ended, the customer is welcome to contact the seller to request a correction.
✧ RETURNS AND EXCHANGES ✧
- The seller will not be providing refunds for a purchase. All purchases are final and returns are not permitted.
- If there is an issue with the package the customer has received (e.g. missing/wrong items), please contact the seller to discuss! This must be supplied with video evidence of opening the package.
✧ LOCAL (INDONESIA / AUSTRALIA) ORDERS ✧
- Orders will be shipped out from Australia via Australia Post.
- A Shopee storefront for local (Indonesian) orders is planned be open in June-July! If the customer would like to purchase directly, they are welcome to order from this shop as well.
